Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and bl222 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing the bl222 website at bl222.io, creating a member account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the bl222 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bl222 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of bl222, you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) bl222 account. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, National ID, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bl222 uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bl222 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close such accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings derived from them.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bl222 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bl222 balance within seconds of a successful transfer confirmation.
• bl222 does not charge any platform fee on incoming deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside bl222's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bl222 will not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• bl222 targets a processing window of approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• bl222 does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals. Fees levied by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your bl222 account, unless an exception is approved in writing by our finance team.
• bl222 reserves the right to conduct identity and anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or payment method confirmation documents.
• bl222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

bl222 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion amounts are specified individually for each promotion. Where any term is not specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• bl222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already opted in, any bonus already credited will remain subject to its original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, redeemed for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• bl222 reserves the right to void any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if it determines that the member obtained the bonus through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or in breach of the one-account-per-person rule.
• Free spins, free bets, and cashback offers are considered promotional bonuses and are subject to the same general conditions unless stated otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all bl222 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bl222 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error (see below).

• Arbitrage betting conducted in a systematic manner designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies rather than for recreational wagering purposes.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately received and credited to your bl222 account.
• Money laundering: using the bl222 platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of crime.

bl222 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a member's conduct constitutes a violation of this section. Decisions made in this regard are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
